We have visited the tea rooms many times and really enjoyed what we have had to eat.......until we visited at the end of Aug 2012. We ordered our food, there was 3 adults and 2 children. The food come up after a bit of a wait, the first 4 sandwiches were fine, then mine came up and i couldn't believe what they were serving me, the crust of the bread was covered in mould!! I could see it on the bread as they brought it to the table but neither the cook or the waitress had seen it. We immediately sent the sandwich back and was told that the kitchen gets very hot and turns the bread mouldy!! Such a feeble excuse as fresh bread does not go off in one day. Needless to say we have never been back again. So beware.
