“very poor, disappointment all round”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 30, 2012

Visited here after seeing the mentions on tripadviser. Tasted the soup but didn't order it as it wasn't to my taste at all. I ordered a large goats cheese salad -usually my favourite thing to order but it was awful. The salad itself was so bland- surprised a cafe could put so little effort into their food-mostly iceberg lettuce, sliced tomato and mixed onion and pepper. Nothing special at all, looked like a 1980s salad. The "goat's cheese" was horrible. My husband reckons it was camembert cheese (which i would never order)but whatever it was i had to discreetly move it from my mouth to the napkin. The taste was awful-maybe it was just a very natural ,straight from the goat cheese but i order it all the time and never tasted anything as bad as this. So didn't eat much, just a few slices of tomato and iceberg! My husband then ordered a cappucino-he said it was horrible like it was gone off, and I have NEVER seen him not finish his coffee so it must have been bad. He enjoyed his soup and sandwich. But salad and coffee were shocking. Definitely Not worth €16!!

“Really lovely cafe”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 21, 2012

Visited this cafe on a recommendation from a friend and loved it. The coffee is really good, food is great and there's just a lovely, cosy, relaxed atmosphere about it.

“Lovely!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 23, 2012

I've been here twice and love it! The food is lovely, great atmosphere, love the mix and match pottery. I love the fact there's things to do different mornings, I haven't done any as it's a bit too far for me but if I lived closer I would probably go. Also love that speaking a cupla focal as Gaelige is encouraged! I would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful experience. Food very good. Cappuccino's and regular coffee are excellent. Cakes home made. A great place to spend a few hours.

We were made very welcome and will visit again. Best place in town.
