We were so pleased with everything about Castrum Serravalle! Food, service, location- everything was excellent!
The experience sleeping in a 500 year old castle ( although the facilities were modern of course) was amazing!

The Owner and the people taking care of the property were very friendly and helpful.

We were 2 x families of 4 and stayed in Adas castle for 1 week. If you are after a truly authentic Italian stay..this is it. We had 3 apartments and felt like we were the only people there from the moment the large gates opened and little Ada greeted us by popping her head out of the ancient window..the property is located centrally in the beautiful town of Serravalle. Don't expect locals to speak english...you would get by without Italian but it is a struggle...the locals are patient..we had a very fun experience buying chocolate from the most exquisite shop we have seen...all the shops were what australians would class as 'Boutique' even the pet store where we picked up xmas treats for our puppy back home. The kids absolutely loved exploring the grounds and town and its history is amazing!! We imagine the performances in summer on the lawns would be wonderful... it is a short walk to the St Augusta Walk which is also magnificent..but not an easy walk (that is a separate review). The apartments had everything you need and heating was sufficient but expensive. There were views from every room..pictures are the best way to describe this magical place. Easy drive to Belluno, Coneliagno, treviso, Vittorio Veneto and train to Venice. The kids had the best pasta in the Giraffe Cafe...We have no hesitation recommending this accommodation.

My family enjoyed staying in Castello di Seravalle very much. It's a unique place: a 2000 years old castle surrounded by a huge green field but at the same time in the middle of a beautiful medieval town Vittorio Veneto. We were feeling so good there that we did not feel a need for travelling outside. It's a perfect place for a slow, relaxing holiday. The apartments are cosy and nicely furnished, equipped with everything that's needed for cooking etc. The Owner and the people taking care of the property were very friendly and helpful. Our kids explored the castle surroundings, had enough space to play foortball, badmington etc. We very much recommend staying in Castello di Seravalle!
