“Casa Teresita - wonderful”
Reviewed November 11, 2012 via mobile

Casa Teresita is a wonderful, beautiful and peaceful place.
We stayed here for a couple of weeks and had the most amazing time.
We spent much of our time drinking wine and playing scrabble on the patio next to the pool. Brendan and Terrie the owners are brilliant and make sure everything you need is looked after and have great recommendations for things and day trips to do. Many of them just a short drive from Haria. Make sure you find out from Brendan where the walk is to see the Famara beach from Haria, stunning.

Such a great place.
5stars. Two thumbs up. 10 out of 10.
We'll be back.

Had never visited Lanzarote before and did not want a big hotel in the large resorts. By chance found Casa Teresita while trawling the internet and then read the reviews. Spent an amazing week there at the end of October. The accommodation is superb, the village so peaceful, and the island amazing. Brendan and Terrie are also excellent hosts and always ready to help with tips and advice. A magical discovery.

We stayed in Carmelo for two weeks at the end of August. The place is just perfect for relaxing and " doing nothing". The first week we did not have a hire car and got to know the the village. It is a real village no discos etc just local life going on around you. Bliss.
We ate in the village Sociedade, friendly and good food, lots of it though, we learnt to ask for half portions! They have wi-fi too.
Carmelo is a beautiful place to stay in with everything you need at hand and a cool bedroom, again bliss!
Brendon's and Terrie are amazing hosts and obviously love the place and the island. Thanks to you both.
We will be back next year, wish we were back there now but only 49 weeks to go!

We ( me and my partner) spent ten days at Casita Susi last August and it was simply lovely. The house is very clean and so well equipped ( in the kitchen there was everything you may need),with nice furniture and warm finishing ( the rock-walls shower was great, like you were just under a natural waterfall).
At Casita Susi you can have breakfast outdoors, while sitting in front of the swimming pool.
Brendan and Terrie, the owners, make you feel at home and we'll never forget their hospitality.
Haria is the perfect place to stay in Lanzarote: a quiet village where you can enjoy a very relaxing holiday, sorrounded by palms and,at the same time, a perfect position to visit the island and the amazing works of art created by Cesar Manrique's.
We do recommend it!

We've just returned from a very restful week in Casita Susi. If you are looking for a holiday in a tranquil village in a beautiful setting in a building full of character and history, this is a perfect choice. Brendan and Terrie are very attentive hosts and clearly love the island of Lanzarote, and we really enjoyed staying in place that feels unique and personal. There are plenty of things to do within easy reach of Haria, and the roads are never busy. If you've had enough of trying out all the different beaches (all one of a kind) you can sit back and enjoy a beautiful pool that catches the afternoon sun perfectly.

My fiancée and I spent a week in Casa Teresita the last week of August.
The first impression when we opened the door was...WOW!
The rooms are spacious, very well kept and clean but, most of all, we were impressed by all the little details left in every corner of the house (the heart shaped rocks, the led lights below the mirror in the living room, candles and lanterns made ready for a romantic dinner...).
It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy beautiful Lanzarote. The location is great for exploring the beautiful beaches nearby, drive through the volcano landscapes or simply relax by the pool.
Brendan and Terrie - the owners of the property –are such a lovely couple and made us feel very welcome.
We will definitely come back and recommend to anyone who wants a holiday with style!

It's a wonderful place to take a rest, me and my gf have stayed both in carmelo and susi and i can't say which one is better cause they both have their pros! As I said everything is perfect: the casitas are clean and very well stocked so that you can get the feeling of being "at home". The householders Brendan and Terry are really nice and friendly people. It has been a real pleasure for us to stay in there..and we will be very happy to come back next year..maybe Teresita? We hope so!
