I had been going to this place weekly since it opened re opened in rojales area. The food was good, the service was excellent and yes the young Indian boy was superb. It seemed to have changed around the end of May when all the staff and chef changed. I took my guests in boasting about it but WAS bitterly disappointed the staff were , all I can assume was youngster
over from Italy and totally not caring about service. I did not go back until the middle of October, as I thought I would give it another chance, everyone deserves that, . I was not disappointed, the service, food and presentation was back to being good again. I have started going back once a week . It seems to have turned itself around again. Good for Sinfonia!

“lovely place to eat”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 6, 2013

This must rate as one of my favorite restaurants. We ate here twice in August and once in September. The quality of food is very good and there is plenty of choice. Value for money too. The staff are very helpful and smile a lot. See you in February when we are over in Quesada again

“bad food bad management bad service”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 7, 2013

I was with my family and friends ready to enjoy a last farewell meal, after 10mins of arriving the owner waltzers in with a scruffy top torn jeans and trying to charm the customers, oh boy did that change after I'd ordered special fish of the day, I have never had anything so disgusting put in front of me which tasted and smelt so awful even other members on the table were asking what the terrible smell was too, my daughter even started to heave and it was obvious the fish was off. I complained to the waitress and she took it away and spoke to the owner and was eventually offered something else which I refused because I could not get rid of the awful taste in my mouth. The before friendly owner now never bothered to come over and apologize or compensate in anyway and ignored us for the rest of the evening. I will never set foot in the place again and since my visit other people have told me how bad it is

“Disgraceful & Outraged”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 9, 2013

Worst restaraunt i have ever been to! complimentry salad which was dry! Sent back the starter got a new one and still couldnt eat that. We ordered lasagne and pasta bolognaise for main meal and it was awful, Not cooked properly and pasta was cold. Also noticed a hair in the lasagne! Absolutley rajin that we even paid for the food we got, but as we were dying to leave the place it was the easiest thing to do! The languague barrier just wasnt worth the hassel! Left the place still hungry! You couldnt really call what we got service. As for the owner he is just a creep! I dont like the shaking hands and the way he kisses you on the cheek its just not appropriate :S

“don't bother”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 29, 2013

Like a lot of people we used to enjoy the old restaurant, but someone has lost the plot. This was awful. The food was awful the staff were poor and the location wasn't good. The owner was walking round in a sweaty stained tee shirt. We couldn't wait to get out!!
