This was our third stay here and it will be the last. Don't get me wrong the first two were great and the staff were always helpful until this time. We made our booking as per the norm weeks ago and as usual it always said a double or twin room. We email them every time requesting the double and it's always sorted until this time. We arrived checked in went to the room to find twin beds. We returned to reception immediately to ask for a double to be offhandedly dismissed with the comment your told a double or twin when booking so no guarantees, no sorry or anything that was it. When we returned to the room there was mould around the aircon unit and what looks like blood on the mesh curtain. The bathroom tiles and worktop was badly stained too. Thankfully it's a three night only trip. We love Alicante and we will return often just not to this place.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. Although we asked for a double bed we were given two single beds pushed together which kept moving away whilst asleep! The room was however big and clean and bathroom was also quite reasonable.
The room air conditioner was quite effective The hotel is right in front of C6 airport bus stop which is quite convenient and is only 10 minutes walk from the beach and sea port.
The breakfast is served in a small restaurant in the basement and does have limited choice but is still good given the price.
The reception staff are helpful but have language barrier which makes it a bit difficult to communicate.
Overall a decent hotel. We would not hesitate to come back in future if needed.

We came here because of the location and value for money of the hotel and we were extremely happy to stay here for a week in winter. The check in was a bit slow due to the queues but went smoothly. The hotel itself was really nice and clean and modern. The rooms were really nice clean aswell with plenty of space and over looking the town so we had great views aswell and had no trouble sleeping either. The beach was a 10 minute walk and plenty of really good bars, restaurants and shops surrounding the hotel, we couldn't have asked for a better location. The breakfast was average and don't know what lunch and dinner was like as we ate out all the time. There was a famers market across the road with a square that people would go to have a drink for the festive season and was great fun. Ps the room had really good wifi connection.

The hotel provides all your requirements for a comfortable and quiet nights stay. Good clean accommodation at a very reasonable price. The buffet breakfast at 8 euros is well worth the money. The hotel situation is ideal for discovering the town. Could not fault it will come again.

Room tip: My room was on the 9th floor
