I have loved every dish I tried there so far (ok, maybe apart from the curry flan, but even that was a perfectly executed, imaginative dish, just not my taste). Start with some spicy chivite, then have one of their fantastic rolls, maybe spicy tuna, or the one with strawberries on the outside, then some butterfish sashimi and finish with the most refreshing pear sorbet you have ever tasted. They have the perfect cava to go with sushi (Elyssia, a pinot noir cava), the perfect white wine too (a special sushi cuvée from Rueda) and the perfect post-sushi selection of gin tonics.
