After reading some bad reviews on here i will give a completely honest review! It is spotlessly clean everywhere, the rooms are fantastic, bright and airy and modern.
The staff are all very friendly and go out if their way to help in whatever way they can. The pool is spotless as are the grounds. It is about a 30-40 minute walk into town if you take a slow walk, taxis are around 7 euros and take 5 minutes.
The tram which is just up the road is a great way to get around, we went into Benidorm for the day and was 12.60 euros return for the two of us and takes around an hour. There are a few restaurants along the sea front accessed from the road along the tennis courts. The Entrecôte steak in Mama Mia restaurant was HUGE and reasonably priced. The breakfast is buffet style and have everything you could want and more. There is a great shopping mall called Plaza Mar 2 which is on the way to the town and has all the usual shops you find in europe. We found by chance an outlet centre in Finestrat (two stops before benidorm on the tram) which has huge outlet stores with heavily discounted items and there is also a big shopping centre behind it with rooftop restaurants and a huge kids play area with rides and crazy golf and other things. Check out the spanish “poundland” on the bottom floor of the shopping centre, 3 cans of beer for 1.50 euros! and lots of great branded stuff in there. There are a few small little beach areas along the back of the hotel and a few little bays to swim in. To get to the main Albufereta beach is around 10 minute walk and is clean and has a few bars on the beach. Santa Barbara Castle is on the way to town and well worth a visit, it is free entry however if you choose to take the lift up and down (we did!) it is 2 euros each, if you walk which i was told takes 15-20 mins it’s completely free. There are a couple of bars and a restaurant within the castle and are great for a rest and a cool down. We had a room with the “wall view” as many have complained about but to be honest we didnt find it a problem, who goes on holiday to look out the window all day!! The cafe bar out by the tennis courts is great for a beer or a coffee and you can get food bought down from the indoor cafe if you prefer. We did not eat dinner in the hotel restaurant so cannot comment on the food but going by the breakfast and snack bar food i would have to say it would be great, we just preferred to walk into town to eat in the evenings. All in all this is a fantastic place to stay, i really cannot find anything negative to say about it and would definitely return and would encourage anyone who wants to be away from all the bright lights and touristy scene but still able to access it when you want it to book here, you wont be disappointed. One thing i must mention is that the hotel does not exchange money, the nearest place is in alicante town so take some euros with you.
Happy Holidays!

Hi, we are just back from 4 days in Alicante. We stayed at this fantastic hotel.
We had a wonderful experience right from the moment we checked in. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful., We arrived at the hotel at 11pm, we were half board but never in our wildest dreams did we expect the service we got, the chef kept the kitchen open late for us and we're we're served a beautiful 3 course meal. I've stayed in many hotels and never experienced this. This was just the start of outstanding service.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms cleaned daily. They were also very comfortable.
Like I mentioned before we were half board, each morning we had a delicious breakfast, cereal, cold meats, cheeses and pastries, it was delicious. Each evening we were given a menu with a choice of 4 starters, mains and desserts. Each meal I had was beautiful, my favourite being the paella.
The hotel is a short taxi ride outside Alicante approx 7 euros, this was a good distance for us as far enough away from the buzz of the city but close enough too for a wander around the old town in the evening.
The hotel is located near several small bars and restaurants which we went to for lunch they were also very good.
The pool area is excellent and manned by a lifeguard. There are enough sunbeds and the pool never felt busy.
There is not one thing I could critise about this hotel, our party of 6 adults (range of ages) and a 6 year old loved our stay here.
We would not hesitate to book again if travelling here.

Situated just outside alicante city, you can easily reach the structure with the tram. From the outside it doesn't even look like an hotel, however once you go inside you will change your mind.

Nice comfy rooms with aircon, swimming pool, close to the beach and with half board option available. The structure is very clean and food is nice. There is also a small gym in the structure.

All the personnel was really really nice and friendly.

Cons: the rooms are not soundproof and there is no minibar in them.
