“few days in Alicante”

We're at night, straight from an beautiful, modern Alicante airport. The villa is located in the calm , mediterrean villas suburb. Far from the centre's traffic jam. It was very kind of the hospitable Owner who gave us cold glasses of cava and water. We're precisely informed about an apartment, villa and the city despite very late at night. There're all the staff&utensils we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Indoor and outdoor were made in palm passion: colours, tableau , drawings.Outdoor is a clean pool and oasis of almost all palm species. Many of them were first time seen in our lifes. While beeing indoor-silent, friendly neighbourhood. We're so grateful and truly recommend for everyone. And so important -the price isn't expensive. Especially booked some months earlier;-)

We spend a week in Alicante and stayed in El Palmeral de Madaria. Everything went well and we were very happy to our accommodation. Room was spacious and well equipped, there were everything what we need when travelling with small children, e.g. dish washer and washing machine.
Pool area was very nice with jacuzzi and children pool, and kids loved it. Also garden was lovely and we were pleased to find out that there was a finnish sauna available which could be used freely. Also view from the balcony was great.
Staff was really friendly and helpful in any situation when we needed assistance, so big thanks for Pablo and Carlos. Definitely come back here if visiting Alicante again.

Our stay was for a week in April and the weather was great.
We chose El Palmeral because of excellent reviews and its close proximity to Alicante. We were not disappointed. Even before we left England we had a call from Carlos confirming our booking and offering to email us printed directions from the airport to El Palmeral. We found the apartments without any problem. We had seen photographs of the property online and were further impressed on entering the apartment. It was like viewing a brand new show home in an upmarket suburb with Palm lined grounds. The open plan kitchen/diner/living area was stylish bright and clean, the bathroom was very modern with a walk-in shower and fluffy white towels. The double bedroom was light and airy with a comfy bed and more than ample closet space. Attention to small details in the kitchen were greatly appreciated, kitchen roll, condiments, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge-freezer, washer, dishwasher to name a few.
This place is such a find and with Alicante and Lidl on the doorstep its a gem. The management were very professional, there if you need them yet never intrusive. We WILL be back.

We stayed here for a week in October 2013 after reading reviews on TripAdvisor and we weren't disappointed! The apartment was spacious and light with a lovely modern clean bathroom. We had a small balcony where we were able to have breakfast overlooking the beautifully kept gardens and pool area.
The kitchen was fairly well equipped and one of the managers who welcomed us on our arrival offered to buy us a kettle as soon as he knew we were British! One duly arrived a couple of days later (he wasn't able to shop for one on Sunday, the day immediately after our arrival). He was helpful telling us which buses ran into town and when and informing us where the nearest shops were. We had hired a car and parked it out on the street for the week as the parking garage beneath the apartments was a little bit on the cramped side to park large cars.
We were out every day but did spend some time around the pool which was extremely quiet at that time of the year. The apartments were really peaceful and although we did hear the dogs some people have referred to, it was only now and then and wasn't sufficient to spoil our enjoyment at all. There is a very pretty roof terrace where residents can use sunbeds, overlooking two sides of the garden and there is also a covered solarium for when it's a bit breezier or chillier.
There are some handy little shops within an easy walk which stocked everything you'd need for breakfast and lunches. There are some restaurants near the apartments but we tended to always eat at night in Alicante itself which was only a short drive (10 mins) away.
The only downside to the area is that there were women hanging around the nearby street corners from early evening onwards but they were not actually on the street where the apartments are.

My partner and me decided to stay here very last minute. From the first telephone contact with Carlos we found this apartment to be excellent. The grounds are lovely, the apartment is well appointed and nothing was too much trouble for Carlos and Paublo. Would recommend for those looking for an apartment just outside the hustle and bustle of Alicante town.

We couldn't believe our luck...a well-appointed apartment with all the appliances and towels you could want with a great swimming pool in superbly-designed gardens - fantastic!

Then add on the small-but-perfectly-formed gym, the sauna, the gorgeous communal lounge and rooftop terrace with plenty of sunbeds AND fantastic breakfasts cooked to order each morning at a time to suit you...? It really doesn't get much better if you're looking for a relaxing 'best of both worlds' break!

The best apartment I have every rented! It was clean, well equipped & the grounds were beautifully maintained. The only drawback for us was not having a car as it was needed to get to the supermarket & Alicante centre but we managed with the buses which are a short walk away. The staff were most helpful & I would definitely recommend staying here.

Room Tip: Our apartment at the front did not get any sun in February so maybe a room at the back would get mor...
