After the first evening eating here we came back twice during the same week, as we had no reason to look for anything better elsewhere! Astrid is a masterful interpreter of Canarian dishes, always using fresh ingredients and finding creative combinations. Victor offers excellent advice on wines, of which a great selection is available at the restaurant. Even the tapas are way above standards: try especially the albondigas with dates and the croquetas! Thank you to two very welcoming hosts.

A little tricky to find, but worth the search. The food is delicious and the host Victor made the experience perfect. We had tapas, and the fillet beef and finished with chocolate cake, which was the best brownie ever and a panacotta. We put all our confidence in Victor choosing our menu for us and we were not disappointed. The children were welcomed and treated to spiderman and Disney princess glasses. The wine was local and perfect with the meal. We spent just under 80 euros for 4 of us.

This restaurant is simply excellent, and is good even by international standards. Rarely would I get his good food and service in my home country, and then at a much higher price. Victor can be a bit confusing when explaining courses, but is always friendly and service-minded.

Visited this excellent restaurant after seeing the reviews on trip advisor and was not disappointed. We arrived towards the end of the lunchtime opening hours and the host/owner was happy to serve us. He explained the menu to us in, ok not great English, but with his bit of English and our bit of Spanish and even a smattering of German we managed ok!!

The food is all cooked by his wife and was of excellent quality and good portion sizes. Menu with tapas and larger (main) courses plus a number of daily tapas specials. We had enough for three of us to share with 5 tapas and a large maincourse salad (langoustine salad was ab fab).

We were offered local wine, which we could buy by the glass, we accepted and were given a bottle to drink as we wanted and then simply asked how many glasses we had had when it came to preparing the bill. Oh, by the way the bread and alioli at the beginning was delicious too!

The bill too was a nice surprise, very cheap for food and wine of good quality. Had we been in the area longer we would have attended their wine tasting evening which is held every Thursday, with 5 tapas and 5 wines to taste for 25 euro pp. Will definately go back if in Tenerife again.
