Good pool and plenty of outdoor seating. A short drive brings you to the coastal towns of Denia and Javea. Just around the corner from the villa is the Jardín de L’Albarda which is well worth a visit.
The villa was perfect for us, it has everything you need (also beach towels) and everything is in good working order. The outdoor space is private and there is plenty of furniture plus shade for when it is too hot, having someone come in to change towels/linen was a bonus and upon arrival finding water tea coffee etc was a nice surprise. Close by a restaurant, supermarket but I would recommend having a car so you can explore the area, the main town of Denia is about 15 minutes away in a car and the big commercial centre just off the AP7 is only 10 minutes. We really liked the location as we had easy access to the AP7 and the N330 to travel to other local resorts like Javea, Moraira.
This villa was perfect for our weeks break, it was quiet and had all we needed. On arrival we found a welcome pack or beer, wine, Sprite, water etc.. Which was welcomed. The villa is located on a bit estate with a restaurant nearby (we only went once and found the food average), there is a small convenience store and a pharmacy also within a few minutes walk.
The pool was a welcome refreshment in the heat, plenty of sun loungers and a BBQ all to use. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need from pots and pans to salt and pepper.
There are pool towel available for you to use which helps save the weight in the luggage of taking them out with you.
You will need a car if you stay here as the nearest town of Denia is a good 15 minute drive, apart from the one restaurant on the complex there is little else nearby.
There are some great restruants in Denia so it is worth exploring.
The only thing missing for us was a visitors book containing information on where we were, places to go and recommendations for resturants. The wifi is excellent so we were able to do our own research but always helpful to have information to read.
