We syatyes here for a wee, and had done our researchso knew what to expect in terms of location and facilities and found the hotel easily from the nearest railway station via Naples.
Was greeted with a friendly smile on arrival but thag was about the only time we had any recognition from the reception staff despite comjng and going frequently during our stay .
The room was comfortable -huge bed TV and desk plus 2 bedside tables nice size bathroom with large shower. It was well serviced everyday with towels -nice and big too- being replaced every day.
Breakfast was fine -what we expected -but would have liked a little more variety of fresh fruit .
Now for the snags .
I would have liked a folder with information about local transport -times ,directions etc to help in planning trips out to the main tourist sites .
It would have also been good to have local eateries listed to save the guest having to walk the town to find them .
My main "moan "is the fact that the centre shaft in the centre of the hotel is a channel for any noise in the main lobby and on the Saturday night we were there it seemed a group of young guests were running amok until 1.00am in the morning with seemingly no attempt by either staff or whoever may have been in charge to get them to realise the noise they were making was not acceptable-a fact that was obvious by the number of calls reception had about it .
Part of the problem is that there is seating underneath the shaft which goes straight uo to all floors and as we had a room right by it we heard it all
