Located in a not too nice area but close to the port and not far away from the city center. Relatively spacious room but tight shower cabin. In 4 nights that I stayed there they never replaced the shower gel and towels only once. Breakfast was ok apart of the bacon that was always under fried and the hot water that wasn't hot- you have to remind them to start the heater. The dinner we had was great with sensational seafood salad and exceptional local wines.
Very warm welcome on arrival. Staff friendly and very knowledgeable about the area, tourist attractions and public transport. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was scrumptious and kept us going all day. Good selection of food. I would recommend dinner in the hotel. Service was first class. Felt like royalty! Hotel is 5-10 min walk from the train station. Can't fault this hotel at all!
The hotel's location is pretty good for exploring the archaeological sites of the region. It is located a few minutes walk from a Trenitalia station on the Naples-Salerno line (note that last train from Naples can be as early as 9:30pm), and about a 10-15 minute walk from the Circumvesuviana train station to Naples, Pompeii, and Sorrento.
We booked a double suite using travel points, and the room greatly exceeded our expectations given the price. It was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Reception is open 24 hours, so late arrivals are easily accommodated. The breakfast room was on the top floor with fantastic views of the bay, and breakfast offerings were simple but satisfying.
Can't say a bad word about this hotel clean rooms friendly staff great food and close to all amenities. 5 minutes walk from beach and cafes 10 minutes walk to train station where you can get anywhere from naples to sorrento. Staff spoke English so could help with advise on where to go. View from our room was lovely as we could see the beach other side of hotel had view of vesuvius would definitely stay again.
You can really relax in this place, the service was great, they helped us with each one of our questions about the city and the places to visit, they were literally happy to see us and to help us, it was a great feeling to arrive every night, after a long day of tourism. The hotel is super clean and organize.
