Crap wifi, very hot as aircon doesn't go low enough. 15 min walk along a very busy road with cases and under an underpass the likes of which has probably seen its fair share of mugging in its time. Staff are friendly. Just phoned reception to complain about a drunk Ukranian currently kicking all of the doors on our floor. They said to stay in the room and not come out as the Police were coming. They did come, and kicked him outside the hotel just shouting his head off. No call back from reception to say it had been dealt with etc. Curtiousy really but they must be too busy.
Room is ok, kind of like a Novotel or similar in the uk. Better than traveloge but not by much. My wife and I have to walk 15 mins at 5am through the graffiti underpass tomorrow. Lets hope we don't die! They should at least have a shuttle as you cannot rely on Italian taxis at 15euro and at 5am. It's the only hotel close but don't expect much. It is clean though- that's always nice

Stayed for a week at the NH Orio al Serio for business each day at the airport. I picked this hotel as it's the only one within reasonable walking distance of the airport, albeit a 10 minute stroll which involved going through a horrible underpass covered in graffiti.

My room was fine, comfortable bed and good blackout curtains. The air conditioning could only be turned down to 22 degrees, and it always felt a bit too warm in the room, would be very stuffy in summer.

Breakfast was a truly pathetic offering of a plate of donuts/pastries, a jug of juice and a coffee machine.

Fortunately the hotel backs onto the Orio Centre shopping mall, which features a massive Iper supermarket that one can use to buy any food necessary, and stock up on croissants/fruit for a DIY breakfast each day.

The hotel boasts throughout that it has free wifi, which it does, but involving an obsolete system of requesting a log in username and password from reception every day, and the internet is the most painfully slow i've ever seen. One would be dissappointed with this internet speed in a shack in rural Africa; in a modern, shiny hotel in Western Europe it is a disgrace. Couldn't handle facetime or skype, just about ok for slowly checking emails and the news.

The gym is extremely basic, one cannot control the air conditioning in there, and there are only a handful of cardio machines and a rack of very light free weights.

Would stay again if I get sent to Bergamo airport again for work, but if Italian taxis were more reliable I'd probably look elsewhere and get a taxi to the airport each day.

Very happy with this hotel. In fact, I have never had a problem with any NH hotel. The hotel is very close to the Bergamo airport although you need to walk a little bit to the terminal. There is also an awesome shopping mall next to the hotel. We had to catch a very early flight, too early for breakfast but there was some coffee/juice/pastries for early birds like us. Top service!

We came to Bergamo by car so we had to find the hotel all alone which was no easy thing to do as there weren't any signs at all.
The location is completely isolated and detached from the centre of Bergamo. The hotel was simple, nothing special. The rooms were spacious and clean but in the night there is plenty of noise from the cars and the planes passing near the hotel. Finally, when we had to leave all the exits where shut and we couldn't get out.We made it to the airport on time thanks to the fact we started off early. I would not really recommend this hotel..

I travel a lot on business and will stay at an airport hotel whenever I have an early morning flight. I find it worth paying a bit more if it buys me some more time in bed. This hotel was a disappointment in this respect, the walk which I had to do twice, in the evening and in the morning just drags on. More so as you see the hotel in front of the terminal, it seems just a stonethrow away. But you will find you have to do a silly 400 metre walk to the tunnel and back in order to get to it.
I don't mind the exercise but the weather was really bad and the hotel receptionist showed absolutely no understanding for the problem. It is only 10 mins, he said, which is true for the fast walker with no luggage. He could call for a taxi which would cost about 15 Euros or more. I think this should be mentioned on their webpage. Next time I'll stay in another hotel with airport shuttle.
I found the architecture of the hotel very cold, it has the feel of a train station. There was a large group of young men staying there which were very noisy until 2 am and in the breakfast room in the morning. As the hotel is very echo-y, you could hear them everywhere.
Breakfast was nothing special, just the typical Italian pastries, quite dry and loveless if you ask me.
The fitness room which has a nice layout and view to the airport has good potential but the equipment is very cheap.
The room was functional and ok, beds relatively comfortable, flimsy bedsheets and no good water pressure. A shame because the bathroom is designed well.
Internet is complimentary but extremely slow. It took me 40 mins to download 24 MB. They offer you to upgrade by buying an internet day pass at 9.90 Euros. Quite cheaky in my opinion.
As I said above, I will not stay at this hotel again, until they build a skywalk to the airport and bring someone in to make it a bit cozier. I love NH Hotel at Vienna airport and was expecting something similar but....

I was staying twice in this hotel.: 2012 september & 2013 december.. First time I had standart room, next time- junior suite. The rooms are clean with simple modern furniture. The breakfast quite good, no variety of hot meals, but you will find wthat eat. The hotel is very quite, Near ( about 100 m ) You can find big shoping mall.. If You have early flight, You can get early breakfast near the reception : cofee/tea, croissants, cake. Hotel is realy good for overnight stay near (700m ) Bergamo airport.

On one side of la Serenissima (A4 Milano to Venezia) lies the Caravaggio international airport of Bergamo whereas on the other side you may find a warm and hospitable hotel that undelines all the good quality and positive character of Nh Hoteles in our world.
From the outside it looks very much austere and gray but the personnel inside makes it up for your mood immediately. when in your room, you can hear nothing from the noisy autostrada just beside and that is a great credit for acoustical insulation. Thermal insulation was also proven by far above standards, as I slept without heating when outside it was -4C!
The internet was as fast as you need to get quickly all you need form back home office and the bathroom had a clever lighting of the mirror which discouraged humidity condensation. This latter in much annoying when you try to shave in the morning.
Just before going down to breakfast I had a quick glimpse of the aethrion (open air interiror space, as the hotel is orthogonal in catopsis). The wooden facades combined with glass big surfaces give a transparency with elegant wood colours.
The breakfat quality was another reassurance that Nh Hoteles keep up with high quality in this respect.
Fruit and yogurt with freshly squeezed juices and warm small bread, what would ask more?
The price for the night was judged as minimal for the service.
