One of the best meals in the past two months! We had really great food, the staff was very friendly and the location comfy, but what really raised the level up was the appetizer: we had the egg with taleggio cheese fondue and truffle that was truly one of the best thing I have ever eaten. I would totally recommend, delicious food for the cheapest price!

Two distinct menu's, fixed and a la carte.
Both interchangeable...no issues.
Enjoy a well presented meatball dish on cabbage, maybe a little passata would have helped.
Followed with a serving of Osso Bucco which was excellent. Too much pilenta, but the taste was great.
Perfect portion size tiarmisu, good espresso.
Wine list was good, and my colleagues are Veal Cheek as their mains.
Waiter was good, English was impeccable, amiable and knowledgeable.

Trully unforgettable experience. The food was fantastic and so was the service. We have tried different kinds of pasta dishes, gnocchi, risotto and everything was very delicious. The desserts deserve a special mention, especially pistachio semifreddo (with sweet wine from Sicily). It is not cheap restaurant but the experience is worth every euro.

Tucked away inside the rather beautiful Villa Appiani, this was a real gem of a find. Waiter Fabio (I kid you not!) will take the time to describe the menu, while chef Alesandro creates masterpieces of intense flavor and texture. We ate here on both nights we stayed in the hotel, it was that good and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend the Gorgonzola Risotto with apples and the most delicious bacon in the world! My husband especially enjoyed his veal with a pumpkin and bacon muffin, although it’s more a tart than a muffin. Both nights we had the same desserts, Tiramisu for him and a Frozen Pistachio Custard with biscotti crumbs and a white chocolate sauce for me. We hope to return some day!
