Had lunch in this traditional Restaurant in the Marches'hills. The pasta was superb, from the Maccheroncini al ragù to the pasta al farro with artichokes, tomatoes and local bacon. Their "supplì" with peas was a suprise: hand made Supplì - not fried - but in umido ( steamed) with pork meat and scamorza cheese inside, surrounded with fresh peas. The steaks, eccellent and their Cheesecake: unbelievably super good; tasky, light, not tto sweet. Wow.
The house wine was appropriate but there is a pretty vast wine list.
