One would think that being in Oklahoma would mean there are good steak houses all over the place...not so. The owners of KTK raise their own beef, so they have a good supply of steak. Their steaks are very flavorful, but sometimes they are a bit tough depending on the cut. Make sure you order your steak no more done than medium rare. We get the filet mignon steaks as they are always tender and juicy. The sides one can get are fries or sweet potato fries or baked potato or a veggie like broccoli. The steaks also come with a salad. The hamburgers at lunch time are big and juicy. The wait staff is attentive and the kitchen fairly fast. The atmosphere is peaceful, and there is a bar if one wants a drink. This is one of the few steak houses in the area. I would give it a try. We like it.
