Mentioned a long, long time ago in one of the first "Guide Michelin", this place is still around. Updated, redone the "French"way it still serves classy French food. Not too innovative and some of the tastes are unusual (slightly sweet sauce on snails!), the "Pate" was first class, the cheeses too, the cassoulet was fine except they used the wrong beans (too soft) and the St Honore was a good and unusual dessert choice. The service was ok, but why does the head waiter(boss?) have to wear dingy jeans in this place?
