We spent two nights at the old town hall, on our arrival we were warmly greeted by our hosts and shown to our truly luxurious bedroom, and our hosts asked if we'd like a reservation for dinner later in the evening which they duly booked at a local eatery. After a fantastic nights sleep (having sampled the home made flapjacks and biscuits in the room!) we indulged ourselves by partaking in an impeccable breakfast, Fresh, home made bread, locally sourced cereals, fresh fruit, homemade jams, yoghurt, then i shall move on to the full english breakfast which was cooked to order and was exacly what was needed to set us up for a day in the dales surrounding the guest house.
With such fantastic hosts who could not be any more welcoming our second night was as amazing as the first. Now to the difficult bit, i've got to try and find a criticism, i'm struggling to find anything! well i could say i asked for nice weather and we had a little rain, but i really can't blame that on lorri and dave! Thank you both for a very special stay, we will come and see you again, i just wish that other guest houses would learn from your example of how it can be done!More
