Ideal location high enough to be a bit cooler but very easy access to the coast and the beautiful city of Bosa. The separate studios would be great for families though slightly inconvenient for carrying luggage up and downhill - not too far though. Very good breakfast service in pleasant room with nice views of the countryside.

We spent 10 days here with our 4 months old son. It is a small scale place with maybe 12 appartments or so. Set in a valley about 1 kilometer outside tresnuraghes (a small village with a pizzeria and a few supermarkets). It is a wonderfull, peacefull location with lots of olive and fruit trees around. Also the place is really well maintained with nice gardens and lots of flowers.
The appartments (at least the ones we had) have a simple bedroom with large twoperson bed which was quite comfortable. Everything was very clean. There is a bathroom with shower and a living room with a small kitchen (two gas stoves), a fridge and a sink. A bit sparse on kitchen equipment ; they had pots and pans, a cafetiere, but no electric water kettle for example (we cooked water in on the gas stove instead). A small TV with a lot of italian and some german/english channels. It is not a very big appartment but why would one sit inside, we enjoyed our evenings on our balcony or near the grill places in the gardens. This is also where we ended up cooking/grilling (when we did not go out for dinner). The pool is nice to relax with good sunbeds beside the pool.
Breakfast is served in the reception area with nice open sliding doors and good view over the valley. The breakfast was really nice with fresh pastries, fruit, good coffee, yoghurts, etc.
About 10 minutes downhill by car there is Porto Alabe with a nice sandy beach.
Staff is very friendly and helpful if but not overly present.

Recommended place with good value for money.

This was a one week family trip. Beautiful surroundings and the hotel is right in the middle of nowhere in olive fields and mountains which only adds to its feeling of serene beauty. Missed being close to the sea but thats just me :-)

Sitting rooms were a little sparse, very small and dissapointing, bathrooms very clean and well kitted out. Only German and Italian TV, TV very very very small. The rooms were clean and the linen was very fresh and the bedrooms and beds were quiet satisfactory. No noisy neighbours and the owners were immensly hospitable.

Our stay in Sardinia was a bit dissapointing but only because it rained every day and I dont mean drizzle I mean RAIN. But I hasten to add that Sardinia is an immensly beautiful island with breathtaking views and coastline. Unfortunately we were also off-season and that meant finding restaurants and cafés was very difficult -in the end we resorted to taking packed lunches :-(

This is a fine place for not too demanding people looking for nice, quiet surroundings.
The grounds of the corte are nice, and indeed do give you a feel of Tuscany, with its many olive trees. Breakfast is good and the breakfast room comfortable with a pretty view and the owners are friendly. The apartments are ok: simple and clean. The private terraces with the wooden picnic tables do need some maintenance and are not that attractive. The playground is quite hard to reach for little kids, as the grounds are steep and there is no path. We expected a little more comfort and especially found the corte not appropriate for our two toddlers (the youngest is still crawling and he did not really have space outside to go and explore a bit).
Our trip (by car) from the south part of Sardinia to Tresnuraghes was sometimes breathtaking beautiful. We enjoyed it very much. The beaches of porte Alabe (very close by) and Bosa Marina are very nice; and the small town Bosa is also worth a visit.
If you are looking for tranquility and you can live with simple accommodation than this is a nice base to explore this beautiful region of Sardegna.

We had a wonderful vacation in La Corte degli Ulivi and will definitely return. The beauty of the place is breathtaking. The scenery is like in Toscana; a peaceful valley with hundreads (thousands?) of olive trees. It really is quiet here: most of the time we could only hear the mild wind and the birds singing. Occasionally a tractor here and there.

The garden and the pool area are nice. Our daughter (15) and son (9) enjoyed the pool. I loved to lay on a sun bed under the olive tree. My husband was very pleased to have a possibility to grill (got very good meat at the supermarket close to the bridge in Bosa, a very good supermarket over all).

We had 2 rooms in the middle of a house closest to the pool. 2 terraces faced to the pool. Rooms are fairly big. Little kitchenettes included all we needed during our 10-day stay. Beds were fine, toilets ok. Rooms were cleaned only few times but they included cleaning utensils.

Breakfast is great: freshly baked bread, croissants, cakes, italian ham, cheese, omelettes, fruits...

The owners and the rest of the staff are very nice and friendly. They don´s speak perfect english but were always willing to help us. Thanks to them the atmosphere is very calm and relaxed.

The location was perfect to us: peaceful valley 10 minutes from the beach. You must have a car / motorbike to stay here. The road is very narrow and dangerous to walk / to ride bikes (at least with children).

Bosa is a very nice old town (visit the castle!) and the beach is clean, water is clear.
If you arrive from Alghero, you must take the coast way to La Corte degli Ulivi. It is so beautiful! Buy a good map at the airport.

Tresnuraghes is worth of visiting too: a sleepy little village up on the hill, few minutes ride from the hotel.

After visiting many Mediterranean islands Sardinia is our favourite now. The area around Bosa is very beautiful. In the beginning of June there were no crowds. The weather was perfect and the water warm enough. We got good service altough English is not spoken everywhere. The beauty of La Corte degli Ulivi enchanted us for good.

We stayed here for 2 weeks the last week in May and first week in June. This residence is on the outskirts of a village called Tresnuraghes and although difficult to find at first its an amazing place to stay. We turned up all hot and bothered from Alghero airport and were offered refreshments straight away. Our apartment was lovely - set in olive groves and very near to the swimming pool. Our 18th month old daughter loved every minute of our stay - the cot provided for her was excellent. Breakfast was included in the price and was eaten in the terraced area in the main building - it included lovely pastries, fruit bread, yoghurt, cheese and sliced meat, coffee and fruit juice. It was nice to have the social aspect of eating together rather than eating alone in your apartment. The owner Valeria is friendly and happy to answer any questions - recommending a local restaurant and beaches near by or finding out weather forecasts! Nearby Porto Alabe beach is beautiful and only a 10 minute drive away. The local villagers are very friendly and we made sure we bought from the local supermarket and outdoor market only you will have to practice your italian! If you want a larger supermarket try nearby medieval town of Bosa. Its beautiful and has some nice restaurants (can recommend il Melograno). If you are looking for tranquility - a place away from the rat race which is quiet and remote set in olive groves with friendly and attentive staff then this is the place for you!
