To start, note this is a meson, not a restaurante. We have found that the menu del dia price can be little higher (+50%) at them versus a restaurante.
That said, excellent meal with a good sized portion for a Spanish meal. Just wish our Basque language skills were better so we could have understood the server. A larger selection of items for each course, but all the same price. Meaning, Mac 'n Cheese is the same price as a filet of beef. Thus my comment about the Basque language skills. They have a bar, dining room and formal dining room, with a covered terraza for warm weather seating (the smoking lounge otherwise).
Good, tasty food, well prepared and worthy of the 17.50 euro charge (menu del dias typically run from 9 to 12 euros, from what I have seen). Oh, yeah, some killer vino!
