We visited Sardinia in the summer 2015

Beata and Claudio became like friends for us. We had one trip with Claudio to the peak of Cupeti (1029 m). He was very patient and just nice and kind. We were with two small kids so it was very slow walking but still Claudio was patient. He took us also to his mother's shop where we could buy local specialties.

Besides we had a trip with Beata and Claudio to some caves. It was in the middle of nowhere. Just great experience and very exciting. Beata took care of our smaller child so we could go into caves with Claudio and our older child. They know Sardinia very well and they will just show you places you will never ever find by yourself.

Moreover, they informed us about many parties and activities. We attended a very special local party with them where we saw Sardinian dances and we went to some delicious agroturismo for a dinner.

They recommended us places we could visit by ourselves and all of them were really worth to see!

Thanks to them our holidays in Sardinia were very special. WE hope we will come back one day since there is still so much to do there.

We got in contact by chance and experienced a beautiful tour with Claudio to giant tomb, a former Castle, wine tasting near Olbia, Baia Sardinia and Porto Cervo. He is very experienced in history - from prenuragh era to present. Also our kids liked the trip and we wish him and his family all the best with his business. I can recommend to make trips with Sardinia Slow Experience.

We went on holiday to Posada, in Sardinia from 26.05.2017 – 15.06.2017.
We found “Sardinia Slow Experience” in Tripadvisor. There were 6 reviews, all of which were fantastic, so we booked the trip. I can say right now, we really enjoyed it and therefore I can give "4.9" points. Sadly, I cannot give the whole five points, because our planned trip should have been on Tuesday, but the agency cancelled it at very short notice. Only by chance, I checked my emails on Monday evening, and saw the “revised” arrangement, which was that the trip would be on Thursday instead.
Claudio, our tour guide, picked us up at our holiday home, as arranged (8:30 am). He was very friendly, communicative and easy-going, speaks English, and is a good driver.
We visited the tower of Olbia, the graveyard and the ruins of a farmhouse, and got to know the history behind the buildings. The highlight was at midday with a wine tasting session in Olbia, including specialties of Sardinia (bread, cheese …) and a tour of the wine cellar. Don’t forget to eat your breakfast, before you enjoy the wine!!! . After the wine-tasting, we went to some really beautiful, amazing beaches at Costa Smeralda, and Baja Sardinia. In Baja, we had 2 hours to do what we wanted (swimming, lunch …). Claudio very kindly suggested some good restaurants for lunch. We saw other beautiful places on the trip, and returned to Posada at 6:30 pm.
Wow! What a trip. I can truly recommend it. It was absolutely out of this world... Thank you, Claudio. Fantastic.

Hello Bea and Claudio, we would like to officially thank you for the extra slow-fast Sardinia expierience. As we did not have too much time to explore Sardinia we decided to contact Sardinia Slow Experience as it was highly recommended by our friend.
And we did not expect that.....
Bea and Claudio took us to Montalbo Mountains and we climbed Punta Cupeti. That was a WOW experience! We had a Sardinian wine, cheese and home made bread on the top of the mountain.
They showed us night views of Posada with all historical and archeological details.
We also visited Orgosolo where you will find 'murales' the most unusual paitings on the house walls in the whole village.
All murales have some deep meaning for the whole humanity.
On the last day of our stay, we went to a festival in Mamoiada.
There we had a chance to try traditional Sardinian food and wine.
We had a chance to see the extraordinary parade of Mamuthones.
I do not have the words to express our emotions and experiences.
Who wants to get the best pieces from Sardinia, need to contact Bea and Claudio from Sardinia Slow Expierience.
Thanks again guys and hope to see you next year for more, more and more....
Grazie mille :)

during our visit to Sardinia we have done two tours with Sardinia slow experience.
The first one I can recommend to everyone : climbing the top of Mont Albo (1028 m) in the moon light. A great experience, seeing the sun go down and the moon come up while enjoying some snacks.
The second one was a late afternoon tour through the ancient centre of Posada. We have seen the historical highlights, amazing views looking down the to the sea and a cold glass of wine to finish it of. The good thing about the tour was that Claudio did not try to overload us with figures and facts (although he knows a lot) but told us just enough to enjoy everything we saw. Thanks for that Claudio.
