Drinks and food are good. The biggest attraction is the kids area. Waiting time is longer that average.

Great place with great wines. Would have rated it the full 5 stars if there was greater value for the tasting and there was more shaded seating outside. Really pleasant venue though and our host knew his wines.

Will never support again, from our arrival the service was disgusting, all the way to the end. Sent 7 plates of food back. Find a new chef and the manager should get another job, he is useless beyond words.

Tonight we had the unbelievable experience of waiting 2hrs 5 mins for our meal...no load shedding to blame.

Once I started complaining to manager Jay Jay...patrons around us rushed to deliver their complaints.

Do yourself a favour and stay away from this unprofessional restaurant....which seems to be popular for their kiddies play area rather than their service and food.
Shocking Experience.

Bon Amis was always one of our favourites in the area. We had not been for about a year, and I was so sad to see how much it has changed. The removal of the stacking doors inside means there is very limited sheltered outdoor seating, so we won't be coming for summer lunches anymore. The acoustics inside are horrific - it is so loud and echo-ey that I couldn't believe it when I looked around and realised only four other tables were occupied! We really enjoyed the food. The portions were massive and it was very tasty. It's such a pity that the experience factor is such a let down. Our waiter was just downright bad. We didn't see him often, and when we did he tended to start walking away before we'd finished talking. The restaurant is fine for a quick and tasty weekday meal, but no longer a place to take friends and family to.
