We visited on saturday evening and had a lovely meal. We'd booked a table in the restaurant which is maybe a good idea as it was very busy. We had a selection of starters and mains that were excellent, with choices from the standard and special's menu. The only downside was the price of the mulled wine! Overall we thought that this was one of the best pub meals that we'd had in a while, excellent food and good service. We will be returning and recommeding it to friends.
