Our last night in Puglia and a memorable meal. Just on the edge of the centro storico in Noci, warm inviting restaurant.
Started with a half-order of the antipasti - excellent mix of meats, cheeses, and other delicacies; followed with two marvellous pasta dishes: Tortelli stuffed w/cheese and a sauce made with Fiori de zucche(zucchini flowers) and lemon; and a Cavatellini Terra Madre with a sauce of red onions, tomatoes, capicolle and a lovely fava bean paste!
