Reception was very good - both service and location (it was next door).
The semi-detached house was in very good order and almost everything was available in the property. The main exception was the washing machine which was in the reception building (for which there was a charge to use). And no corkscrew! An oversight we always forgot about until the evening when the reception was closed. Hopefully this will be easily corrected by the time you arrive.
Lipno is a ski village with plenty of summer activities. The toboggan run (very close to the house but just far away enough to not be a nuisance) was great fun and the treetop walkway was a great day out - though a bit of a slog up the hill from the house. Plenty of restaurants in the area - the ones we tried were all good and reasonably priced).
We liked the location near all amenities, well maintained and appointed house (apart from the lack of corkscrew - ok, that's not a major issue) and space for 4-people. It would have been a squeeze for 6 (which the house can take) as there aren't enough chairs in the living room area (there are for the dining table and as these are in the same room so it wouldn't be difficult to move but less cosy I would expect).
We didn't like the extra charges that we weren't expecting. They might have been mentioned in the listing / communication but paying for towels on site (clean and in good condition) and, though we didn't use them, there were charges for a bbq unit and a few other things I can't recall now. The beds were uncomfortable as well and singles only which had to be pushed together.
These were minor things though and, at least with the beds, to be expected as wherever you go its never the same as your own bed.
