“Crisp bags of fun”
Reviewed July 10, 2013

Our family took the tour today, two adults and two children and have to say we loved it. Jill our guide was very funny, we gots to munch on lots of hot crisps just freshly made and packets as we walked around. Met Mr Tayto at the start and we had a good laugh putting on all our factory wear. Everyone gets a free multipack at the end. Great value for money.

“Fun Day Out”

Very informative tour & very keenly priced rates, £5 per adult! I realise it's a working factory, but a little coffee shop in the courtyard would be amazing and would keep people on site for longer.

“Haven't been - through no fault of my own”
Reviewed June 11, 2013

Having tried for a week to get through to the tour department unsuccessfully I eventually spoke to Helen on switchboard today. She sent an email to the tour department as I wanted to book a tour for tomorrow. Had to ring back again to be told that the tour department was closed! Eventually got a call for Helen to say that she had contacted someone (who was in England) and that the tours were full all week. Pretty poor customer service :(

“Family day out”
Reviewed May 14, 2013

As my daughter and boyfriend were over from Edinburgh and we decided a trip to the Tayto factory was a good idea .In total there was seven of us we headed to Tandragee. We all had to get dressed in protective clothing, take off our jewellery . Even the men had to put on beard masks and as my daughter has her nose pierced and wore a sporting blue plaster over it..We had a good laugh dressing up and having our pictures taken .The tour was excellent , plenty to see and lots information on how they make and store the crisps and all of the different flavours and lots and lots of different kinds of crisps to try and take home. Its a trip well worth trying , excellant price as well £5 adults and £4 students and children
