In addition to an all you can eat breakfast and a very extensive multi course seated dinner, we also were surprised with complimentary apres ski snacks. We came as a large group, and there was a huge comfy bar and lounge area that we gathered in the evening. Some in our group took the free shuttle to the center of Mayrhofen to test the nightlife there. This is a huge ski area and most of us was too knackered at the end of the day to catch a second wind to do late nightlife
The indoor pool was thermal healing water which was naturally heated at 83 degrees, the perfect temp. Bad is German for baths and that is why people came here in the first place for the thermal waters. Ski bus came every 5 minutes and we could get to all the skiing at different base areas from higher lifts on the mountain which meant no lift lines. everyone in our group had a balcony, even the single rooms. Loved staying at the ski area, rather than down in center of town, which we had done before. If you are looking for sleek and modern this is not the place, this is a solid 4 star traditional Austrian hotel which is a great location to experience some of the best skiing in the AlpsMore
