Driving back to Gaucin from the coastal part of Casares, we sought lunch at one of the several Ventas en route. How glad we tried the Victoria. Friendly welcome and service, beautiful local ceramics on sale at good prices and.....oh yes, an outstanding local menu. We had wonderful chorizo sausages in red wine, tuna pate, followed by meatballs and a wonderful vension stew that melted in the mouth. Not overly strong tasting either. We immediately booked for the following evening that will be our final holiday meal. It's a 30 minute drive out down a few hairpins but will be well worth it! Highly recommended.
