Just back from 2 weeks in a keycamp mobile home. It was our first mobile home holiday since we were kids so don't have much to compare it to. The site was completely full when we were there, but was nonetheless spotlessly clean. The staff are all extremely friendly. There is free wifi in the bar area, and they are signs indicating that the management are happy for customers to sit on their computers without paying from drinks. There is a little shop on site. It's pretty expensive but ok for essentials, and the bread is better than that to be found in the nearby supermarkets, though not up to the standard of the boulangerie in the village. There is a hypermarket at Douvres-la-Delivrande a couple of miles inland from the site, and that town has a few decent independent shops too, trailer, boulangerie etc.
I found the lay out of the site to be a bit cramped. There were a few open areas for kids to run around in but you had to go looking. The swimming pool complex was really good and the bouncy castles were fab. We had really good weather, I'm not sure there would be much to do on the site in the rain. In any event there are loads of interesting things to see and do nearby. We had a few issues with our accommodation which didn't match what we'd booked but the Keycamp couriers, especially Leah, were very helpful. We had to contact them a couple of times and they responded to the issues immediately.
