We have returned to this company a number of times when visiting from the UK and have never been disappointed. We went out on Monday 16 June and spotted around eight humpback whales at various points. Captain Harold and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the whales and other marine life and do their utmost to ensure you see whales. We were out at sea and extra hour and a half because the whales were quite far out, when we found them we spent a long time observing them....it was amazing and we didn't want to leave!!! It's a bit of a trek down to Brier Island but well worth it. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, thank you for an amazing experience.

“No whales”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 18, 2014

Group of 7 took ride on Zodiak in mid-June. The captain told us that a humpback had been spotted the day before, but we were not able to find anything other than a few grey seals. We were given no instruction on safety or what to look for when scanning for whales. I realize that there is no guarantee when it comes to spotting wildlife, but I was not impressed with the whole experience. I would not recommend this outfit to friends or family looking for a whale watching tour.

We enjoyed our trip , the crew was extremely helpful and so friendly. They gave us so much information on the many seabirds and whales. We got so many wonderful pictures of Minke whales and a beautiful Humpback named Pawprint. I would recommend this trip .

“Very impressed”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 12, 2014

Took an amazing trip on June 11th. Saw lots of whales, dolphins, puffins, and other birds. Lots of Krill too. This journey far exceeded my expectations, not only in sightings, but in the scientific information, that was easy to understand. Friendly and informative crew who are committed to accurate information. I felt safe on the tour too.

I would definitely do it again.

“Saw a huge humpback, just like on the pamhlet!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 11, 2014

Thought we were going to have a bad day for whales but after an hour or so we found a large humpback and watched it feed for over an hour. It was amazing and because all of the staff are involved in whale and marine research they are very knowledgeable and it is obvious they love what they do. Fun and informative time. Highly recommend this one, well worth the hour drive from Digby.
