this traditional restaurant has a not too big menu, which is a sign of quality (too many options can be the reason of not too fresh ingredients I reckon) and it offers great traditional food of the area such as duck sauce tagliatelle or handmade gnocchi, as well as some classics of the italian cuisine such as "carbonara" spaghetti. another excellent option of the menu is the starter, the mixed cheese and cold meat platter, with a side order of green vegetables (typical of the area) and an amazing homemade "focaccia" (the typical flat bread of the Marche country side). the best options are the selection of second courses, with the platter of mixed grilled meat, or the steak with rocket and Parmesan. This place became the favorite restaurant of my family over the last 10 years, all products are from the surrounding area and of excellent quality and the staff is always welcoming. The last time we had "focaccia" as a starter, vegetarian gnocchi which I strongly recommend as they are tasty but delicate, two portions of "tagliata" (a thick cut grilled steak with radicchio and pinenuts, just amazing) with side orders of mixed vegetables - everything was well made and really enjoyable.
