Looking for something extraordinary - you have it in Ryn. Perfect location for yachting, cycling, walking, in the middle of Mazurian 1000s lakes district. Excellent natural environment with forests and lakes. Good overnight accomodations, good Polish cusine. Really recommended.

Nice place for couples who want to spend romantic time. We have a nice, quite specious room with courtyard view. The only one minus was lack of air condition in the room (hot July). The hotel has a cosy pool with facilities made in kind of antic style. Good place for those who wants to stroll around the colse located lakes.

I stayed in that hotel for one night. It's defineatly 4 star hotel (amenities: small shop, spa, journeys trough castel). I appreciate carefullness in renovation this old castle but for me hotel is dark and dull. There is no any room or space for smokers. During the breakfest I asked for sausage (the container was empty) but I didn't get. Parking is free of charge.

The (rebuilt) Zamek Run castle hotel is a fun and large hotel complex with plenty of activities for guests including underground pool, bowling, archery etc. The restaurant had fairly good breakfasts and á la carte dishes.

The rooms, although fairly large in size did not prove that great and overall the 1100 Zlt rate per night seemed 20-30% overprice when comparing to hotels in that price range in Poland and elsewhere.

The hotel's location is great (once you get there!) as you can explore various attractions within an hours drive or less.

As often in these parts of the world the staff is a bit quiet and reserved if not blunt.

Stayed here for a night as part of a driving trip around Masuria. The actual hotel was everything I could have asked for - and, considering it's in a very small town - more. There was bowling, archery, swimming pool (what it lacks in size it more than makes up for in atmosphere), jacuzzi, spa with treatments, night club, etc. We arrived at 5 pm, and despite not having made a booking, were able to get massages that night. We took rooms in the 'villa', about 100 m away, as they were much cheaper. They had beautiful views over a stunning lake and were beautifully appointed. Our double room had two single beds, as is standard in Europe, but they were next to each other so it was fine.
Internet access was via a cable (provided).
Reading a past review I hadn't expected much from the restaurant... so we were very pleasantly surprised to find our meal was excellent. We arrived at after 9 pm (after swimming) and even though we had no reservation, we were served an excellent meal in an extremely atmospheric location. Breakfast the next morning was similarly excellent - with a range of cereals, cheeses and meats, pastries and fruit, and classic Polish herring and so on.
We were really just looking for a place to lay our heads on a trip to the region, but we ended up with a truly memorable experience.

Room Tip: villa rooms - 100m fr hotel - great value!

Amazing one lads. Wonderful location and excpetional interiors. A supper in a main old hall with violin quartet is a fantastic expierience. Restaurant is the best i have ever used, both interior and food. A real pearl is a small swimming pool in gothic style basement, with 3 saunas and a jacuzzi. Pool is small but it has a water turbine which allows you to swimm in a one place, without any real movement. Rooms are ok. The most important thing is almost touchable taste of history in your mouth. You can easily find old, real swords behind a glass under a floor. Staff is very fine. EXCEPTIONAL PLACE.

Located in a wonderful location near the lake and forest. It’s one of the most beautiful castle in Poland. Support very nice. Hotel and rooms very clean and spacious. Available to the wonderful swimming pool and sauna. The restaurant serves local dishes, which were very good. Choose from a variety of dishes. I recommend this hotel for families with children and is a must go for a bike ride. I recommend!
