This is a very comfortable apprtment that got even better this year with the addition of a swimming pool. The owners Kim & Tony are great hosts. We normally do not go back to a place twice, this was our second trip and we are planning a return. All the major attactions are less than 1 hours drive away

Well where does one start to even describe Kim and Tony as hosts. It was one of the most wonderful week's we've spent away in a very long time. The little village of Mouliherne is just so cute and quaint. The apartment is beautifully kept and has everything you could possibly need for self catering. Two minute walk down to the village to get your freshly baked goodies every morning from the bakery and corner shop. The jacuzzi was an absolute treat, with a glass in hand, need one say anymore. So quiet and relaxing, that you ended up forgetting what day it is or what time. There is so much to see in the Loire Valley and Saumur is just down the road. One of our favourite days out was to the Castle of Usse, a little girls dream come true. Legend has it that the writer Charles Perault (17th Century), was inspired by the romantic feature of the place and wrote the tale of "Sleeping Beauty." One can see why it is magical. We would encourage you to visit, one really can't describe the feeling of being there and seeing everything we did in a week. Kim and Tony, will guide you to all the special places. Before you head home you must go to the Brocante, it is another world and so many bargains to be had. Our favourite shop was Gifi, a homeware store with a difference. I could write on here for another hour about what we experienced, but that would spoil it for all of you. Once we entered the UK, again we couldn't believe the pace and craziness we walked back into. So we will be going back very soon, especially that there is now the added bonus of that magical pool, looking out to the village and the Manor House. Thank you Kim and Tony.
