Marsco B & B is in a wonderful location and David's local knowledge and great weather made for a great few days on Skye. I do, however, have to echo some comments already posted on trip advisor.
Christine clearly struggles with providing breakfast for 6 .. completed forms are required the evening before and requests for a later sitting or any deviation from the list is not well received. Christine is also strangely obsessed about wastage of bread, a request for an additional slice initiated a lengthy discussion about whether a whole on a half slice was required. Furthermore, observing guests eating was a little unnerving and ensuring that cups were placed back on saucers and plates were in their correct place was a little uncomfortable.
No locks on bedroom doors, endless laminated instructions/rules around the house, no access to house during the day despite a 3 night booking and if you have a allergy to cats I suggest you avoid Marsco.
Christine & David informed us that they do not stay in B & B's as they do not like the restrictions, I think a stay would benefit their business as they would find that this not the case in the majority. I hope Christine & David will take on board comments from their guests as they do have potential for a great B & B.More
