We have stayed here now a couple of times, once in the winter sport season (2013) and once in the closed season. Hospitality and facilities are wonderful. We have already booked for a family trip in 2014. We liked the 3/4 board (breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner) during the skiing season. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, the food and wine delicious. The wellness facilities are most relaxing. The hotel is also dog-friendly.
