We ate here several times, it's described as an Italian restaurant but also serves Thai food (one of the owners is Thai). We found service to be friendly and were made welcome. Service can be slower when the place is busy, but given the size of the kitchen, I'd be worried if it wasn't.
All the food we had was good and well-cooked, with no disappointments. It's not a place to go if you want a big feed or you've done 15 miles on the coast path, but for a pleasant meal with friends or a partner, I'd say it's ideal and I wish we had a place like it near home.
Pizzas can also be ordered as a take-away.
