We were a week at the Iolida Village hotel in June '12 and we were very happy with our stay. We are a family of four, with kids the age of 2 and 6. We ordered the All inclusive package and the food was well satisfactory, where there was always something for all in the buffet. The swimming pools and the pool bar are very nice, and the service is excellent from all members of staff. The rooms we stayed in were a bit outdated, but were clean and large. If there is one thing I have to be critical about, it has to be that the mattresses of the beds are too hard, and it was impossible to be comfortable in the bed. However, the mattresses are a minor issue, when viewing the whole package, and our kids were very happy with their stay at the hotel. The facilities are very good, and there was free airconditioning and wifi, which is unusual for these kinds of hotels. We would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

We spent a week at this very nice hotel and was actually surprised about the very good and friendly service and lovely hotel.
The hotel is a group of small houses with fine paths around the hotel area. You will find 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool. We were very happy that we ordered room with balcony, which gives a lot more privacy than ground level apartments.
If you dont mind stairs (no elevator), then we strongly recomend not to book ground level.

Between the 2 outdoor pools you find the Pool bar, which offers a wide range of snacks and drinks. If you have "all inclusive" your kids will enjoy the icecream and junior drinks, while you choose free between beer and drinks, all in quite good quality.
We were positive surprised about the meals at the restaurent, which were at least as good as other all inclusive buffets we have tried. Quite large range of both local and continental food and good alternatives for the kids.

Although you will have 5 minutes walk to the beach, you will be happy not to have booked a hotel on the main street along the beach, as there is so much trafic. our hotel was very quiet and perfect for a relaxing stay.
We would be happy to come back.

We stayed Iolida Village for a week and we loved it! The hotel was very clean, the staff was helpful and nice and the area of the hotel was beautiful. The poolarea was also very nice; there were two quite big swimmingpools. Plenty of sunbeds also.
The restaurant was ok, not so excellent.

BUT when I read other reviews about Iolida Village-hotel, I think everybody doesn´t write about the same hotel!!!! For example, Iolida has not 9th floor!!! So maybe there is some another Iolida Village in Agia Marina, i don´t know...? I know there is Iolida Beach-hotel, which has his own reviw.
