Deservedly popular, we went to eat slightly early without a booking and were seated at once. The outside terrace was cool and pleasant. The renowned rabbit stew lived up to its reputation, although the lamb tsagarita was a little dry. Exceptional fried courgettes and we were delighted to find the Cretan scordalia on the menu, which is hardly ever seen elsewhere. Good value. Everyone seems to give you free cake and Raki after your meal this season. Worth making the walk up to the village from the main road, you can see this restaurant is good enough to keep open during the off season, catering to the locals.
