I stayed on Easter Island for over a week and tried tons of restaurants. This was one of the few that we went to on multiple occasions. The waiter, who I think is also the owner, is a really nice guy, and speaks good English too. The menu has English listings in addition to the normal Spanish listings.
The best part about this restaurant is that the waiter literally goes to the markets next-door to buy fresh goods as soon as someone makes an order. You know your food will always be fresh and great. The one downside on that, is that it means that you do have to wait a little longer than usual to get your food. My top recommendation is the fresh fish of the day with "Salsa Exotica".
