Four seasons Nam Hai is probably what heaven is like. Absolutely stunning, everything is beyond on point. Everything you could ever hope for and so much more! One of my favourite hotels in the world!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Hai at front office, and the Director of F&B, absolutely world class service!

The room was out of a dream, with the bathtub next to your bed, the outdoor shower was beautiful, everything in the room was well thought out and placed strategically at the right place. You can see the hotel pays a lot of attention to details, with a pot of water for you to wash your feet before entering your villa from the beach front. Loved riding the bike around the resort! Amazing feeling.

The pool was stunning, service absolutely top notch as well, with friendly staff greeting you and being able to have a nice conversation with. On a hot day, staff walk around offering complimentary popsicles, fruits, water. The sun chairs were the most comfortable sun chairs I have ever sat on!

Words will not do this place justice. You will have to book a night to experience this heaven on earth!

Room tip: Every room is a good room.

It was a very nice holiday in Hoi An we had. The resort is impressive and our butler Huong is such a nice young lady who tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible and at the same time tried to give us privacy.

Daily laundry, complimentary cars (nice cars) and abundant supply of drinking water added to our pleasant stay. Everyone at the resort were ready with their greetings.

The fitness centre is nice with good machines.

We were upgraded to a two bedroom villa because all one bedroom villas were full. The living room size is impressive although we felt a bit lonely by being just three of us.

If I may give some suggestions, it would be nice to provide some mossie repellant and after sun lotion. Also, probably upgrade your shampoo?

We will definitely be back in the near future. Please convey our sincere gratitude to your staff.

Just returned from a very enjoyable 5-day stay at Four Seasons Nam Hai.
Service - All the hotel staff we came across were extremely friendly, polite and most attentive. And it was truly amazing that some of the restaurant staff could actually remember our room number after we had breakfast there on the first day. Among all the lovely people there, we were really impressed by the exceptional service and attentiveness of Mr Nhat, the manager of Lá Sen; and our favourite buggy driver Mr Vuong who was always so happy and cheerful.
Facilities - nice pools and gym. Couldn't find time to join any of the activities offered by the resort.
Bicycles - the resort provides bicycles to guests (both adults and kids). They are handy if your villa is situated far from the epicentre and you don't want to walk or use a buggy. They might look intimidating initially for those who haven't climbed onto a bike for decades, but it was fun afterwards.
Restaurants - Indian dishes at Cafe Nam Hai were a bit average, but crab cake was excellent. Strongly recommend a dinner outside Lá Sen overlooking the beach/sea, very romantic.
Hoi An - Four Seasons is a 20 mins taxi ride from Hoi An where you can easily find much tastier Vietnamese food at 1/3 of the price charged by the resort.
Our Room - We originally booked a 1-bedroom Ocean view Villa, upon check-in they upgraded us to a 1-bedroom pool villa. The pool villa, which was divided into 2 separate houses, was huge by itself (see floor plan on the hotel website) not counting the large grounds that were an integral part of the villa. One of them housed the living room which has a bigger TV, 4 corner sofas, plus an 8-chair long table in the middle (for family meetings :)). The other house was composed of the bathroom, bedroom and lounge area which look out onto the front grounds & private pool. Design style was traditional with extensive use of dark wood. One resort staff said that Four Seasons took over the previous Nam Hai Hotel about a year ago, so we presumed the resort was renovated at that time? The villa was nice and comfortable and we really enjoyed hanging around there. It's just a pity that we couldn't be at 2 places at the same time, as a result, we hardly used the living room.
Room Tip - Our pool villa #1040 was pretty far from the lobby, restaurants, pool & gym… (see layout map of the resort). Not ideal to walk when it's terribly hot outside. Think it's 3+ mins from our villa to the lobby with a buggy, and 5+ mins on a bike. During our stay, we saw a lot of families with children. I think the design of the villas is perfect for multiple families on an excursion together coz each family will have their private "house" while they can mingle in the common living room.
A lovely stay. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Four Seasons for 9 days in mid August with our three children (aged 12, 10 and 8) to celebrate our 15 year wedding anniversary. Having stayed at the Four Seasons in Koh Samui last year, where we had the most amazing stay, we weren't sure if anywhere could beat it. The Nam Hai most certainly did not disappoint and exceeded our expectations! The staff are fantastic - several of them knew our names by day two which made us feel very special and they are all so warm and friendly. My son cut his toe one day and within seconds the hotel nurse was there to assist him and the staff kept asking how he was for days after. They also found out we were celebrating our 15 year anniversary and surprised us with champagne in our room on our first night - a lovely gesture. The staff are excellent everywhere and I am sorry that I can't remember all their names, but a special mention to Trang in reception, Si by the pool, Hoa Doan at breakfast and Trinh at the lovely beach bar - thank you for making our stay so memorable. We had a great chat with the GM who was extremely welcoming.

The hotel itself is simply stunning - beautifully designed pools, buildings, gardens and a glorious sandy beach that stretches for miles. You ride around the resort on bicycles which we all loved and our children had so much freedom in a very safe environment. There was so much to do around the resort and our children were never bored (the teen room was a hit!). We used all the facilities and joined in several of the activities on offer every day (the early morning cycle to the paddy fields is a must).

We stayed in a Family Room which was ideal for our family. The room was beautiful - a huge main bedroom with bathroom (shower and bath) as well as a lovely outside shower, and a second bedroom and bathroom for our children (designed for 2 children but our 3 children slept very comfortably in it). Even though the family rooms are furthest from the beach, we still had wonderful views from our bed across the gardens to the sea as the master bed is raised so there are a couple of steps in your room to ground/terrace level.

The hotel is only 10 mins by hotel shuttle or taxi to the beautiful, historic town of Hoi An. We visited Hoi An twice to go to the night market and to try some local restaurants. Both restaurants we went to were very good and were recommended by the Concierge (Morning Glory and Cargo Club) . Absolutely do get the Concierge to book at table for you as it was very busy in Hoi An. I have to admit it was hard for us to tear ourselves away from the Four Seasons as the food there is outstanding, but Hoi An is well worth a visit or two and is lots of fun!

The food across the resort is truly excellent. Breakfast is what you would expect (and more!) from a hotel of this level (and from a Four Seasons). There was a huge selection of delicious local and international foods of the highest quality. We ate a few times in the evening at Café Nam Hai which serves Indian and Western food. Being lovers of Indian food we only ate this from the menu and it was outstanding. We ate at Le Sen for both lunch and dinner - the lunch menu is very varied (the mud crab was a highlight) and at night it only serves Vietnamese food - all totally delicious. The kids menu is extensive and very good. The staff were more than happy to accommodate any little requests from my kids! The cost of the drinks and food were what we would expect from a hotel of this level (as a guide a cocktail is £7). We loved having an afternoon cocktail at the chilled out beach bar!

The spa is absolutely stunning and the staff there are delightful. The only small negative I have about the resort is the cost of the spa treatments. The cheapest treatment is a one hour massage which costs about £100. We have visited spas at several top level hotels over the last couple of years in Asia and the costs of the treatments at these hotels were cheaper. It's such as shame as the one massage we had at the spa was fantastic and we would have used the spa much more if the prices were more reasonable.

All my friends have asked me what the weather was like in August (we are fairly weather obsessed here in the UK!). The weather was fantastic - blue skies every day, some clouds in the afternoon and we had no rain. It's very hot: 35 - 37 degrees, but we like the heat!

My family had the trip of a lifetime to Vietnam and our highlight was our stay at the Nam Hai. We would love to go back and stay there again.

Room tip: All rooms are amazing, family rooms are furthest back from the beach but you can still see the sea from your bed in the master bed room
