This is a really smart agriturismo. It is a working farm with 74 hectares of olive trees owned by the Azzolini family for generations. Nonna still lives in the big house and her daughter and grand-daughter, Francesca, look after the farm and hotel. It is lovely with comfortable rooms and grounds and pool. There is restaurant on site, but be warned, the antipasta is huge - don't order anything else! Food is excellent. This is a great base from which to explore beautiful Lecce or visit the deserted beaches (deserted in September anyway). We loved this place, but work on farm starts at 6 am, so there can be some early morning noise, but get up early and enjoy a refreshing swim!
