If you closed your eyes and tried to picture the perfect dining experience in Tuscany, this would be it. A tiny villa in the hills, a small, handwritten menu that agonizingly forces you to pick between 3, 4, 5 choices that all sound wonderful. The freshest ingredients and ricotta made that day. An amazing staff that understands how hard the choice has been and brings extra plates so that you can "borrow" a taste of those sitting next to you. An incredible wine list that would put any in the US to shame at a 1/4 of the cost. I will not leave this area without going back one more time.
