Today I returned to Spain after the Christmas break and popped into my favourite restaurant in Pilar. Normally I go in during the week but at the weekend they have a different menu. I fancied "Dorada" - Sea Bream. This came with elvers and prawns and was possibly the best meal I have ever had. Wonderful.
