Right, a one to not miss and rush to before the rest of the world does and renders it impossible: "Indewulf".
It's a little farm on the Franco-Belgian border with 8 beautiful little rooms and a restaurant to die for.
Make sure you come in the summer and reserve a room on the ground floor to have a terrace overlooking the west-Flanders country side.
The food, you ask? Perfect. I hate to say this, and I hope you're sitting down, but better than noma in my view...
All natural and locally grown ingredients etc. seasonal, fresh, you name it.
Don't get the longer menu, the 3 extra courses aren't interesting.
I didn't love the wine pairing, but if you're into organic wines, you'll get an Eco-hard-on for this list.
Lastly: make sure to have a drink outside on the main terrace before dinner. So peaceful it's silly.
Trust me on this one!
P.s. just had the breakfast, although I didn't have much of a fast to break, it was thoroughly enjoyable. Try the beetroot juice.
