Try a stubby, opened at the table and gently poured into a plate of delicious vegetables. Even the amuse Bouche amazed and it wasn't just one taste. Crispy kale as salt and vinegar chips along with a Parmesan donut and aged salami balls rolled in ash, and on and on. I simply cannot do it justice. This is one of Australia's most innovative chefs in a million dollar location. A credit to the Spicer's Group, thank you.
