We had two stays here in 2016 following on from our first wonderful visit in 2015. Another great stay on both occasions. The hotel has achieved a perfect blend of ultra stylish and ultra comfortable and really homely. The ocean view rooms and the view from the decking is breathtaking. On both stays we ate in the hotel as well as going out, ( the hotel Bits and Bites menu is highly recommended.) The bar area is a really great area to relax, the gin and wine selection superb. Breakfast was amazing

St Ives is fabulous both Summer and early Autumn. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the branch line train service directly into St Ives, no hassle with car parking. The owners and staff of the hotel have a vast amount of local and Cornwall wide knowledge and will happily book other restaurants etc for guests.

Room tip: The Ocean view rooms and the Celebration room are amazibg

We stayed for 5 nights. The whole experience from start to finish was consistently excellent. The initial greeting, the rooms, the bar, the helpful tips and the wonderful breakfasts. It will take some beating! Every member of the team was service focused and helpful. If we could come back tomorrow and for every weekend we would!!

We stayed in this hotel some years ago, and we have always held it as a gold standard for hotels in St Ives, and boutique hotels in general. Lovely welcome, a surprise up grade, great atmosphere, room, staff, food, guests!
It just did not disappoint.......and since our last visit, we have travelled widely.
Thank you Boskerris...we will be back!

Lovely boutique hotel, simple service, fab terrace overlooking Carbis bay and very nicely decorated rooms and public areas. Hope for some evening sun and sit out on the terrace with a bottle of wine – we did, even though we needed blankets!
It’s relatively easy to find, with good parking and close to Carbis Bay railway station. The rooms are very well appointed. The breakfast, using local ingredients was cooked to perfection and served by bright, friendly young staff. The acid test is would we return? Yes, definitely, but once the Tate opens in 2017 as our excuse.

Top Tip. The train from Carbis bay (5 mins walk from Hotel) takes you into St Ives for just £1. It avoids all the hassle of parking and not being able to drink, but check the timetable. Or, you can walk along the coastal path (not for the infirm) about 30 mins but I would not recommend walking late at night. A taxi is £6

Room tip: Book a room with a seaview - it's worth the price difference
