We stayed on a tribute to Eric Clapton weekend. The tribute band were fantastic the singer was more like Eric Clapton than Eric Clapton. My only criticism would be about the food it wasn't always hot especially the breakfast. Having said that we will be back next year we have already booked. Warners try really hard to get it right and they certainly are as close to getting it right as anyone can get. We had a great weekend. We feared it would be filled with old age pensioners but there was a good mix from about. aged 40+

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback.

I am glad to hear on the whole you enjoyed your break with us. I will pass on your comments to the restaurant team as this is certainly a blip on our behalf.

The atmosphere is always lively at Warner and has a good mixture of age groups. So, I am glad you enjoyed your break and look forward to having you back with us next year!

We went with two friends to Warner's at Bembridge, Isle of Wight for the weekend because there was a Cliff Richard tribute act on the bill and our friend is a Cliff fanatic!
We have been on many Warner's breaks and this lived up to the usual standard. The entertainment was brilliant, the food was excellent and the service was first class.
We paid extra for signature rooms with a sea view which was well worth it. However, the shower never worked properly despite reporting the fact three times. Yes, the shower head was changed but that wasn't the fault. There was just not enough pressure to have a shower properly. Being shower people we were not happy!
The comedian, James Birmingham, on Friday night was hilarious and had us in stitches. On Saturday Jimmy Jervaise and the Dark Shadows were excellent and we had to pinch ourselves at times because Jimmy was so like Cliff. On Sunday we had the Temple Brothers paying tribute to the Everly Brothers and they too were excellent and brought back many memories.
We have been to the IOW many times but this time we actually did three things we had never done before! We went to the Chilli farm in Bembridge, the Garlic Farm at Arreton and visited the Pilot Inn at Bembridge airport. If you like chilli or garlic and a different pub ambience these three are a must!!

We booked a group of friends to stay at Warners Bembridge Hotel for a weekend late Sept and all the staff were excellent- excellent beyond the normal course of duty. From Booking to arrival first class service. Prior to arrival the entertainment team had spoken with us and found we liked dancing, they asked for a play list and downloaded music we were familiar with and made every night party night!! They joined in with the dancing and presented some great shows, even came around and chatted with us. The rooms were excellent and kept spotless, and the restaurant food was really good considering the amount they cater for. We did have have one small hiccup on the first night whereby the table service was overwhelmed by us turning up at once, but after we mentioned it extra staff were brought in and it wasn't a problem again!!
Collette in the dining room was so cheerful she's a real asset to Warners. A special thanks to Tom who's high class good humour made our weekend- Thanks Tom !

Room Tip: Pay your money take your choice- all the rooms had a good outlook, no complaints from any member of...

We have been to several Warner Hotels around the country, but this was our first visit to Bembridge. We have already booked a 4 day stay, this time in Summer 2013, as the sea views and the peace and quiet in this spot are fabulous. The staff were friendly and efficient and special mention must be made of the in-house Entertainment team who were incredible. The variety act they put on (Music from the Movies) was thoroughly entertaining and the whole cast were talented and full of energy. Although we didn't participate in any of the daytime activities (as we visited relatives who live on the Island), there was a wide variety to choose from, should you wish to do anything other than relax and 'chill out'. Although the food was, generally, good, it was not up to the standard of some of the other Warner Hotels (Littlecote and Cricket St Thomas) and the greatest disappointment was the fact that their choice of non dairy dishes was extremely limited. We had asked, on booking, whether the Hotel would cater for guests who were lactose intolerant, and we were told they would. We actually spoke to the Chef on our arrival and it seemed that we would at least have some choices regarding desserts. Unfortunately, the sorbets, non dairy ice cream, banana fritters and baked apple were not exactly mouthwatering or exciting. It would be so nice to actually have a wider range of imaginative dishes for those of us with allergies/intolerances as there are now so many different products available and I am sure it wouldn't cost that much extra, or take that much time to 'whip up' something special. A minor 'gripe' but one which I hope Management may take notice of. Apart from that, a great time was had by our party and, as mentioned, we have already booked to return next year.

Room Tip: As two of our party were elderly, we chose the rooms with showers only as it was a lot easier and sa...

We always take at least 2 Warner breaks a year and this one was one of the best we have had in a long time. The Hotel is in a lovely setting. We stayed in a signature room which was lovely (booked the same room for next year). The food was excellent and service was very good. We really enjoyed the star caberet on the Saturday night (And finally....... Phil Collins). The shooting and archery are a must, even if it's your first time the instructors are very patient with you. The entertainment team were very good with a great show on the sunday night. Staff were very helpfull. A highly recommended Hotel.

Room Tip: Our room in the views to the south was very peacefull

This was our first stay in a Warner establishment. The mass catering takes a bit of getting used to but the food standard and service was very good. The entertainment was of a high standard but not quite in tune with the aged clientele prevalent during our stay. I was looking forward to the archery and rifle shooting on offer but these events only take place during the day. Highly recommended for a stress free short break.

Room Tip: We were in a standard room and this was quite adequate. Some rooms require an outside walk to get t...

We booked at this hotel at very short notice, and found the booking staff very helpful.
We had two nights in a Signature Room, four nights in a Royale Room, and the last three nights in a Chalet Room. So we experienced all styles of room, and they were all very good.
The whole atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed, after a rather stressful period at home.
The staff were very helpful, the rooms excellent, and the food was wonderful.
The best hotel I have had on the Isle of Wight, and I have been many many time through out my life. We will return at the first opportunity.

Room Tip: A ground floor room with sea view and patio is very nice if you just wish to sit around and rest. O...
