My first time at Bembridge although have been to other Warners'.
Location of this hotel is lovely. Two minutes and you're on the beach. Great views across the Solent to watch the boats/ships go past. We were lucky enought to have great weather.
Had just the basic room but was good. Perfectly clean with everything you'd expect.
Food was fine, something for everyone. Service, as usual for Warners (in my experience), was superb. Polite and helpful always.
Reggae band on the saturday night were brill!
All in all a great weekend and good value for money.

This was not our first holiday at Bembridge (Warners) Hotel, and we went for a special reason, my wife's Birthday. As usual at a Warners resort the accomodation was great, in fact we chose the room ourselves, always a good thing with Warners who make this possible. The remainder was well....not so good as I would have expected with Warners. Having been to many of thier resorts and hotels I always have said you can rely on A. the accomodation, B the food, C. the variety of entertainment and D. the excellent staff. Well this time, the food was only just resonable, the entertainment was poor certainly not up to a Warner standard as far as we were concerned. A great pity was the untrained waiting staff, and this has nothing to do with their being foreign, as we have always had this type of staff and they have be above and beyond perfect. not this time. Here is the thing we are going again next year, WHY because we know that Warners will always make sure that things change for the better. We shall always go to Warners somewhere.
So take this as a one off problem that I hope Warners will do something about.

Room Tip: Always select your room with Warners they are great at this. If you cannot drive I suggest a good co...

stayed for the 70,s weekend on 31st Aug for 3 nights . We loved it, the food , room ,and service was excellent. We enjoyed the Comedian and the show put on by the resident entertainment team on the Sunday evening more the the Band on the Saturday evening.
Thank you to all the bar staff, restaurant staff and entertainment team for a Lovely stay.
We will return to this hotel provided we can book another deal as it is not worth £600 for 3 nights.

Room Tip: Book a signature room as the extra money is worth it.

Food excellent choice, well presented, waiting staff attentive. Pool and changing facilities clean and well kept. Roand lean and up to date. Entertainment team excellent on and off stage, guest entertainers excellent (Motown ). Lots of activity choices.
Only difficulty was finding phone and wi-fi signals

We have stayed in several Warner Hotels and like the Isle of Wight so tried Bembridge for my birthday treat and was not disappointed. The hotel was clean friendly and spacious and the weather was good. Our room was very large and immaculate bed was very comfortable. We had tea/coffee making facilities, shower was good, we overlooked the gardens by the fountains. Entertainment was good and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was average and some nights thay ran out of the fish of the day special. Most nights there was a roast of some kind.
Parking was a bit of a nightmare if you went out for the day you never knew if there would be a space when you returned!!! But we were lucky.
There is not much outside the hotel grounds so you do need a car to explore the island.

Room Tip: We paid for a Signature Room and overlooked the fountain which was very quite at night.

Having been to four other Warner Hotels my Husband and thought this was the best, not cheap but if you keep an eye out for special offers it would be worth doing. The location was perfect, sea views and beautiful gardens. The whole of the Hotel seems to have had a recent upgrade as it all seemed very well kept. Food was first class, the staff were lovely and the VIP experience well worth doing.

Room Tip: Ground floor sea view worth paying for.

Location, outlook.cleanliness, room, staff and entertainment first class. If you go once, pretty sure you'll return. We have stayed at various Warner Leasure Hotels all of which are first class. However, for my wife and myself Bembridge is [in our opinion] the flag-ship.On our last trip there was a problem which was dealt with. Our room on the first floor was north facing, below us was the croquet lawn, and to the left the pitch and putt green, the view was really nice looking out to sea watching various ships sailing to different ports of call. Our room was clean, fresh and airy and comfortable, everything taken care of from soap to the teasmaid. The restaurant a short stroll away, breakfast was literally anything you wanted.Dinner,a choice of a variety of foods all tasty and filling.Staff were good, and, the entertainment first class, something to do all day, games and quizzes etc.The entertainment team realy lived up to its name, helping guests have a good time. The evening venues laid on varied and good.as were special acts, one in particular was a reggea band bringing a taste of the caribbean to Bembridge, really great, people dancing or singing along. You can do as much as you like or nothing at all, like my wife and myself,''crash out'' and relax............

Room Tip: go for north or south facing sea view
