Abbey Farm Bed and Breakfast

The house is in a perfect setting with the abbey ruins, a pond and grand view on the church. The kids enjoyed the garden and the trampoline. The owners were outstandingly friendly and made us feel home away from home. We loved the ping-pong tournaments and the following chats over a beer or glass of wine in the tranquil garden. The breakfast was cooked to perfection, nothing left to desire. I have to admit that on arrival we were a little disappointed. The room was not as nice as the one shown on the web site. No fire place, no large window with a great view. It was a little blunt with just three beds, a small table and a TV. I also wasn't too impressed by the fact that we had to walk through the people's living room to get to our room. But after the first evening, this was all forgotten. I really hesitated as to whether I should write about this little flaw, because we ended up so much enjoying our stay there.
Thank you, Bill and Jenny, for a wonderful time and all the best wishes.

We stayed at the Abbey Farm for daughters wedding and we booked all rooms for 1- 2 nights.
From the moment we got there we were treated as part of the family and we were made to feel at home.
The rooms were lovely, very big and very clean. Breakfast was very good and just what we needed to start the day. Nice sausages!!
The surrounding area was idyllic and very peaceful. It was absolutely stunning.
Nothing we asked for was too much hassle and even taxied to the venue.
THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS..............................................WE COULD NOT STAY LONGER.!!!!
We would recommend this B&B for anyone and everyone, wanting a warm friendly atmosphere and peaceful setting, in one of Britain's historical areas.
Thanks again for a wonderful stay....we will be back

We stayed in the Blythe room for our 2 day trip to beautiful Warwickshire. We had some problems finding the B&B because it is off the road beyond an inauspicious gate which you have to open and close (part of the attraction!). The owners are so friendly and helpful, and with their cat, 2 sons, parrot and dog Jessie, you really feel part of the home. The room is large, comfortable and furnished in a contemporary manner. The full English fry-up is excellent. Opening the window in the morning to see rabbits, horses and ducks, and the amazing Merevale Hall, is totally unique. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

We stayed at Abbey Farm for a couple of nights for a relaxing few days away. I'm so glad that we decided to stay here. We stayed in the Blythe room which is lovely, with a huge comfortable bed and stunning views out over the pond and up to Merevale Hall. It also has a very spacious en-suite with a large shower, bath and dressing table. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and breakfast was very good. The location is beautiful and it is so peaceful, I would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast.

Abbey Farm B&B is a lovely place to stay. It has great views and the rooms were roomy and clean. The owners were extremely kind to us during our stay and even let our dog stay with us in the room (we came over from the USA for the Crufts dog show). They went above and beyond by showing us some nice local restaurants to eat at and for adding extra beds to our room to accomodate our group. When we arrived the wifi wasn't working, but by the end of the day they had it up and running. We were completely satisfied by our stay. The B&B is only 15 minutes drive from the NEC, with no traffic.
